The UltraClub 8425L Cool & Dry Sport Performance Interlock Polo is built on a 4 oz / yd2 100% micro-polyester double-knit interlock. Interlock construction means two interlocked single-knit layers, which produces a denser, more stable face than single-jersey or pique knit of the same weight. That stability matters for decoration: the surface holds stitch registration cleanly without the mesh openings that require topping film on pique polos. The garment is moisture-wicking with UPF 30+ sun protection, pill-resistant, and snag-resistant. Because the fabric is 100% polyester throughout, sublimation produces full-color, full-saturation results on White and other light grounds, which is not possible on cotton-blend performance polos. The feminine fit includes an open placket, hemmed sleeves, and side vents at the hem for range of motion on active and outdoor programs.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for the 8425L across all 11 colorways. The interlock face is smooth and dense, holding needle registration without distortion or puckering on standard corporate left-chest placements. Use a light tearaway or cutaway stabilizer on the back of the knit panel. DTF transfers bond to the polyester face at standard low-to-mid heat across all colors and work well for full-color team logos or event art where sublimation is not an option. Sublimation produces vibrant, soft-hand full-coverage results on White and light grounds; the 100% polyester construction means there is no cotton-blend limitation. Screen printing with plastisol works on the flat front and back panels, but apply a light poly-block underbase on dark grounds to control dye migration, and test cure temperature on a sample before a production run. Vinyl and HTV bond at standard polyester temperatures for names, numbers, and single-color marks.
