Returns Policy
ClothingSpace accepts returns on blank, undecorated wholesale items under the conditions below. Read this policy before initiating a return.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 45 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unopened, undecorated, unwashed, and in original manufacturer packaging.
- Items that have been printed, embroidered, heat-transferred, or otherwise decorated are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This is standard policy in blank apparel wholesale.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@theclothingspace.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 to 2 business days.
- Ship the items back using the carrier of your choice. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Do not ship returns without an RA number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except in cases where the item was defective or shipped incorrectly due to our error. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received a defective item or the wrong item. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
