General Order and Delivery Information
π Shipping Carriers
Your order will be shipped via a national or regional carrier, based on your shipping address and selected shipping option.
β‘ Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed Monday β Friday before 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET will ship the same day.
π Orders Placed After Cutoff
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET will ship the next business day.
π¦ Estimated Delivery Dates
Displayed at checkout, but subject to carrier delays. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before opening a lost package claim.
β οΈ Shipping Restrictions
- No shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
- No international shipping (including Alaska & Hawaii)

Our multiple warehouse locations ensure faster delivery, but some orders may ship from multiple locations.

UPS may hand off your package to USPS for final deliveryβcheck both tracking details.

Enroll in USPS Informed Delivery for updates and redelivery options.
Lost or Missing Packages?
- Check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage, bushes, and mailbox
- Ask neighbors if they received your package
- Contact the carrier directly for real-time tracking updates

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as it is immediately processed.
If you no longer want the item, submit a return request once it arrives. Return terms & conditions apply.
