The Next Level N5013 is a women's festival muscle tank built on 3.5 oz 65/35 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton spun to 40 singles. The 40-singles yarn produces a silky soft jersey with a lightweight, drapy hand that suits boutique, fitness, and festival programs. The hemmed oversized armholes give the tank a relaxed, cut-off silhouette that distinguishes it from standard fitted tanks.
The 1x1 baby rib set-in collar sits flat. A slight taildrop hem adds length at the back. Side-seam construction prevents torque. A tear-away label sits flat on the platen.
For decoration, the 65% polyester content means DTG prints will not be vibrant on this fabric. DTF transfers are the primary and most practical method because they bond consistently to the poly-majority surface at standard heat. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-block underbase and moderate cure on all colours to prevent dye migration from the 65% polyester. Vinyl/HTV works for small designs at low temp. Embroidery, discharge, and sublimation are not suitable for this lightweight poly-majority muscle tank.
