The Next Level 5033 is a 3.5 oz women's festival tank constructed from 65/35 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton at 40 singles. The 40 singles yarn count produces an ultra-soft hand that retail merchandise programs and fashion-forward event apparel demand. The deep scoop neckline and scalloped curved bottom hem give it the relaxed silhouette that separates a festival tank from a standard athletic tank. Side-seamed construction prevents twisting after washing.
The 65% polyester majority drives the decoration strategy. DTF transfers are the most practical method because the film bonds to the blended face and blocks migration from the polyester. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and low cure on all colourways to prevent dye migration from the dominant polyester content. Sublimation is not viable because the 35% cotton prevents a clean sublimation bond. DTG is possible but the 65% polyester mutes vibrancy significantly and DTF gives a more reliable result. The lightweight 3.5 oz body requires moderate stitch counts for embroidery to prevent puckering. Tear-away label for relabelling.
