Description
The LAT 6918 is a 4.5 oz 100% combed ringspun cotton fine jersey long sleeve tee with a forward shoulder seam, drop tail bottom hem, and side vent construction. The forward shoulder moves the shoulder seam toward the front of the garment, which changes the drape and creates a more modern silhouette without affecting print placement on the front or back panels. The drop tail hem and side vents add retail-level finishing that positions the 6918 for boutique merch and retail blank programs where construction details justify a higher retail price point.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method across the full color card. The combed ringspun cotton fine jersey produces a smooth, tight-knit face that holds halftone detail and fine-line work cleanly. Screen printing with plastisol gives sharp holdout. DTG pretreats and prints at standard settings on the 100% cotton body. Discharge works on dark colorways for soft vintage hand. CVC colorways (60/40 cotton/poly) carry migration risk with plastisol on darker grounds. Heather colorways at 90/10 cotton/poly have minimal migration concern. The EasyTear label supports relabeling.
