The LAT 3537 is a 4.5 oz women's football V-neck tee constructed from 60/40 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester fine jersey at 30 singles. Black Solid/White and White Solid/Black are 100% combed ring-spun cotton, which is a different substrate from the standard 60/40 blend. The two contrast-colour sleeve stripes and front yoke seam give this the classic vintage football tee silhouette that retail merchandise, sorority, and event programs use for a fashion-forward look beyond a standard crewneck.
The decoration strategy depends on which colourway is ordered. The standard 60/40 blend requires a poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure to prevent migration from the 40% polyester. DTF transfers bond to both the cotton and blended faces and block migration. The 100% cotton colourways (Black Solid/White and White Solid/Black) accept DTG, water-based, and discharge methods without poly-block. Screen printing works on all colourways with the appropriate underbase. The V-neck and front yoke seam restrict center-chest placement. Ribbed collar, shoulder-to-shoulder back neck tape, side seams, and double-needle sleeves and hem complete the construction.
