The LAT 6137 is a youth football-style fine jersey tee built from 4.5 oz combed ring-spun cotton. The contrast topstitched self-fabric sleeve stripes create the classic football jersey silhouette in youth sizes XS through XL, making it a natural blank for school spirit programs, youth sports teams, and number-back event tees where the football aesthetic matters.
Standard colorways use 100% combed ring-spun cotton. CVC colors run 60/40 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester. Those blend differences affect ink behavior: cotton colorways take discharge and water-based inks cleanly, while CVC blends need a poly-block underbase on screen and won't discharge. The coverstitched front and back yoke, ribbed collar with shoulder-to-shoulder self-fabric back neck tape, and double-needle sleeves and bottom hem keep the garment flat on a platen. Decoration and Printability
DTF transfers are the most practical method for mixed-color youth orders. Centre the design on the front body panel between the contrast stripe sleeves. DTG prints land cleanly on cotton colorways.
