The LAT 6130 is a youth baseball tee built on 4.5 oz 100% combed ring-spun cotton fine jersey on the standard cotton colourways, with CVC colours at 60/40 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester. The raglan 3/4 sleeves with contrast colour create the classic baseball jersey silhouette that sells well for youth sports, spirit wear, school events, and camp programs.
The flatlock stitched contrast ribbed collar and raglan armholes give the garment a retail finish. Contrast double-needle hem raglan 3/4 sleeves complete the two-tone look. A raw serge shirt-tail bottom hem adds a modern edge. Side-seam construction prevents torque. The EasyTear label is CPSIA compliant with a tracking label in the side seam for youth decorated apparel programs.
For decoration, the cotton body takes DTG pretreat evenly on the solid cotton colourways. DTF transfers bond across both cotton and CVC colours. Screen printing runs clean with standard plastisol on the cotton body. The CVC vintage heather colours (60/40 cotton/poly) need a light poly-block underbase and moderate cure. Place artwork on the front body panel, not across the raglan seam, because the contrast sleeve colour breaks the design at the armhole.
