Description
The LAT 6937 is a 4.5 oz football-style fine jersey tee with contrast self-fabric sleeve stripes and a coverstitched front and back yoke. The football tee silhouette with 3/4-length contrast sleeves sits between a standard crew tee and a baseball jersey, giving merchandise programs a vintage athletic look without requiring a raglan construction. The fine jersey body is constructed from 100% combed ring-spun cotton on solid colourways, while CVC colours are 60/40 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester.
The cotton solids take all cotton-friendly decoration methods. Screen printing produces clean results with white underbase on dark grounds. DTG prints with full saturation and standard pretreat. Discharge and water-based inks give a soft in-shirt hand on cotton solids. The CVC colours at 60/40 require a poly-blocking underbase for screen and will not discharge cleanly. DTF transfers are the most practical method for mixed-colour orders that span cotton and CVC colourways. The contrast sleeve stripes are topstitched self-fabric, so print placement should account for the colour break at the yoke seam. Shoulder-to-shoulder self-fabric back neck tape, ribbed collar, Easytear label, and double-needle sleeves and bottom hem complete the construction.
