Description
The Hanes P360 is a youth EcoSmart 50/50 cotton/polyester crewneck sweatshirt at 7.8 oz. The EcoSmart fleece uses up to 5% recycled polyester from plastic bottles, giving the P360 a sustainability angle for school programs and youth organizations that track eco-sourcing. The set-in sleeves, ribbed cuffs and waistband, and pill-resistant fleece provide the same durability as the adult P160 in youth XS through XL sizing.
Screen printing with plastisol ink is the primary decoration method. The 50/50 fleece holds ink with standard adhesion. Use a poly-block underbase on dark and bright colors to prevent dye migration from the 50% polyester content. DTF transfers bond to the cotton/poly blend for full-color artwork on smaller runs. Embroidery works for chest logos with cut-away stabilizer on the fleece.
