The Devon & Jones D100W is a 6.8 oz 100% Peruvian pima cotton pique women's polo with a Y-collar placket. Peruvian pima is a long-staple cotton that produces a smoother, denser pique knit than standard cotton polos. The longer fiber reduces pilling and creates a surface that holds embroidery registration tighter because the fabric does not shift under the hoop as much as shorter-staple alternatives. At 6.8 oz, the D100W is substantially heavier than most women's polos, which reinforces the premium hand.

Embroidery is the primary decoration method for polos. The 6.8 oz pima pique body supports high stitch counts without puckering, and the dense knit prevents needle holes from showing around the stitched area. DTF transfers bond to the cotton face.
