The Champion CW26 Double Dry is a 4.1 oz 100% polyester interlock long-sleeve performance tee with moisture-wicking construction, Fresh IQ odor protection, and a 50+ UPF rating. The interlock knit provides a smooth, stable surface that holds its shape under a heat press, and the reflective Champion C logo on the left sleeve makes this a branded blank with recognized retail value for team and spirit programs.
For sublimation, the CW26's 100% polyester construction is the primary reason to choose it. Sublimation bonds to polyester fibers and produces full-color, photographic-quality prints on white and very light colorways. On White, the interlock surface accepts full-saturation sublimation without ink bleed, and the smooth knit structure holds fine detail cleanly. On colored CW26 garments, sublimation is not viable because the base color shows through the dye transfer. For DTF heat transfers, the 100% polyester interlock bonds well with low-melt DTF adhesives designed for synthetic fabrics; press at 285-300 F for 10-12 seconds with firm pressure and allow a 24-hour peel-cure before wash.
