The Team 365 TT11L is a 3.8 oz men's long-sleeve performance tee built from 100% polyester interlock with cationic dyes. The long-sleeve cut extends the Zone Performance platform beyond short-sleeve team kits: the same moisture-management fabric and UPF 40+ construction, with full arm coverage for outdoor training, fall and winter tournament programs, and layering applications where team branding needs to carry across the full garment. Cationic dyes saturate the polyester at the fibre level, producing colour that holds through repeated laundering without the fading typical of reactive-dyed performance fabrics.
Sublimation is the primary decoration method on white and light grounds. The 100% polyester interlock body accepts disperse dye uniformly, producing full-colour all-over prints with zero hand feel on the finished garment. Full arm coverage expands the printable surface: long-sleeve all-over prints, sleeve-to-body colour blocking, and arm stripes are all practical on this substrate. DTF transfers bond reliably across the full colour card and block dye migration, making DTF the safest route for multi-colour chest prints on dark and saturated grounds. Screen printing with plastisol requires low-bleed ink formulations at the lowest effective cure temperature. Dark and bright colour grounds (Black, Sport Dark Navy, Sport Red, Sport Scarlet Red, Sport Orange) carry the highest migration risk and need full poly-block underbase. Vinyl applies at polyester-safe temperature. Embroidery is limited to moderate left-chest stitch counts with cut-away stabilizer on the lightweight 3.8 oz body. DTG is not practical on 100% polyester.
