The Bayside BA7100 is a 6.1 oz 100% preshrunk cotton pocket tee made in the USA. At 6.1 oz the BA7100 is one of the heaviest cotton tees on the market, which gives the garment structural body that lighter blanks cannot match. The left-chest pocket adds a functional element for workwear and trades programs where a pocket tee is the expected uniform substrate. The full-cut silhouette runs roomier than retail-fit blanks.
The 100% cotton body (Dark Ash is 90/10 cotton/poly) takes every major decoration method with zero polyester migration on the solid colorways. Screen printing with plastisol is the primary method. The 6.1 oz weight prevents ink soak-through even on heavy deposits, and the preshrunk treatment means the print stays dimensionally stable after washing. DTF transfers bond cleanly. DTG prints with standard pretreat on darks. Discharge and water-based inks strip or absorb into the cotton for soft-hand finishes. The taped shoulder-to-shoulder seam and double-needle sleeve and bottom hems complete the construction.
