The Bayside BA3015 is a 6.1 oz union-made pocket tee constructed from 100% preshrunk heavyweight open-end cotton, sewn in the USA. The union-made designation means the garment carries a union label, which matters for government, municipal, and union-shop programs that mandate domestic union production. At 6.1 oz open-end cotton, the fabric is dense and durable with a slightly textured hand compared to ring-spun alternatives at the same weight.
The 100% cotton construction accepts all cotton-friendly decoration methods. DTF transfers bond to the heavyweight cotton face and produce consistent results across colourways. Screen printing with plastisol works cleanly on the dense 6.1 oz body with excellent ink hold. DTG prints with standard pretreat. Water-based and discharge inks work on the cotton grounds. The left-chest pocket limits front placement to above-pocket or below-pocket positions, or the pocket itself for small logos. Full-back prints are unobstructed. Rib knit collar, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, and double-needle sleeves and hem complete the construction. Note: Dark Ash is 90/10 cotton/polyester, a different substrate from the standard 100% cotton.
