The Bayside BA2905 is a 6.1 oz 100% preshrunk cotton tee made in the USA with union labor. For print shops and promotional companies that sell into union, government, or domestic-sourcing-mandated accounts, the USA-made and union-made credentials are not optional features, they are purchase requirements. The BA2905 meets both.
The heavyweight 6.1 oz open-end 18/1 cotton body is a dense, full-cut blank that takes heavy ink deposits without bleed-through. Screen printing is the primary decoration method, and the preshrunk fabric holds registration across wash cycles without dimensional shift. The full cut runs roomier than fitted ring-spun blanks, which matters for work and uniform programs where sizing needs to accommodate a broad range of builds.
Dark Ash is the one blend exception at 90/10 cotton/poly. All other colors are 100% cotton. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping and double-needle sleeve and bottom hems reinforce the heavyweight construction. Sizes run S through 4XL.
