The Yupoong 1500 is a knit beanie made from 100% turbo spun acrylic with a tight knit construction that is pill-resistant and hypoallergenic. The 8.5 inch length provides full coverage without a fold-over cuff, giving a clean, modern silhouette. The durable flat knit with four top-seams produces a smooth surface that takes embroidery cleanly with good stitch definition.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for beanies. The tight acrylic knit provides a stable surface for front-center and side logos. Keep designs moderate in stitch count and scale because the stretchy knit needs to maintain its elasticity. DTF transfers work on the flat front area with a cap/beanie press.
