The UltraClub 8620Y is a 4.0 oz youth performance tee in 100% polyester interlock with a moisture-wicking Cool & Dry finish. The wicking construction pulls moisture away from the skin, which is why youth sports leagues, summer camp programs, and school PE departments use it as a uniform base that keeps kids comfortable during activity. The smooth interlock face provides a consistent surface for heat-applied and sublimation decoration. Sizes XS through XL in youth.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method. The 100% polyester face bonds well with DTF adhesives, and the smooth interlock surface gives transfers a clean, professional finish. Sublimation works on white and light colorways where the polyester base absorbs sublimation dye with full color saturation; dark colors block sublimation ink. Screen printing requires poly-block ink on every colorway because 100% polyester carries aggressive dye-migration risk with standard plastisol, and the moisture-wicking finish can affect ink adhesion on some press setups, so test a sample pull before a production run. Embroidery works on the chest with a tear-away or cut-away backing; the 4.0 oz interlock is lightweight, so moderate stitch density avoids puckering. HTV for names and numbers on youth league personalization. DTG is not recommended on 100% polyester due to ink adhesion and washout issues.
