The UltraClub 8610 is a men's 100% polyester interlock polo with 8-star elite moisture-wicking performance. The interlock knit provides a smooth print surface uncommon in the polo category, and the flat-knit collar gives a cleaner, more athletic profile than standard pique polos.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for performance polos. The interlock knit holds stitches cleanly without the pique dimple pattern interfering with detail. DTF transfers bond well to the smooth polyester face at 305-315F. Sublimation works on white and light colors since the fabric is 100% polyester. Screen printing is viable on chest and back panels with poly-friendly plastisol or water-based inks.
