The UltraClub 8445 is a 4.8 oz 100% polyester mini-jacquard performance polo with stain-release, antibacterial, anti-static, and moisture-wicking treatments plus UV protection. The stain-release finish is the practical differentiator for food service, hospitality, and outdoor event staff uniforms where shirts encounter spills and stains during a shift. The antibacterial treatment controls odor through extended wear. The combination of performance treatments in a single polo reduces the need to stock separate uniform SKUs for different departments.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for polos. The 4.8 oz mini-jacquard provides a firm stitch surface that holds left-chest, right-chest, and sleeve logos cleanly. The flat-knit collar and 3-button placket maintain a professional appearance for corporate and hospitality embroidery programs. DTF transfers press onto the poly surface at standard settings for full-color logos. Screen printing works with a poly-blocking underbase on colored grounds (100% polyester carries dye migration risk). Sublimation on white and light colorways produces permanent full-color results.
