The Tultex 0340TC is a 7.5 oz fleece crewneck built from 80% ring-spun cotton and 20% polyester, spun to 24 singles. Reactive dyeing produces vibrant, fade-resistant colour across all 13 colourways. Heather Grey is 75/25 ring-spun cotton/polyester. Heather colourways (Heather Charcoal, Heather Red, Heather Denim) are 50/50 ring-spun cotton/polyester. All solid colours carry an 80/20 blend with a 100% cotton face, which is the key differentiator for decoration.
The drop shoulder construction on the 0340TC places the armhole seam lower on the arm than a set-in-sleeve crew. On smaller sizes, a standard full-front platen centred at chest height can clip the dropped seam at the shoulder edge. Shift print placement 0.5 to 1 inch toward centre on XS and S, or use a narrow-body platen. The completely unobstructed flat front with no hood or pouch pocket gives the largest clean print canvas in the Tultex fleece line. DTF transfers bond reliably to the cotton-majority fleece face across all colourways. Screen printing with plastisol produces clean detail on the smooth ring-spun surface. DTG with standard pretreat works on 80/20 solid grounds and produces vibrant output. Heather colourways at 50/50 require poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure for screen printing; DTF is the safer route. Water-based and discharge inks work on 80/20 solid grounds. Embroidery holds well at 7.5 oz. Discharge is not viable on 50/50 heathers.
