The Tultex 0331TC is a 7.5 oz full-zip fleece hoodie built from 80% ring-spun cotton and 20% polyester. Heather colourways are 50/50 ring-spun cotton/polyester, and Heather Grey is 75/25 ring-spun cotton/polyester. Reactive-dyed construction delivers vibrant, fade-resistant colour that holds through repeated industrial washing. The ring-spun yarn face is smoother than open-end cotton fleece at the same weight, which reduces dot gain on detailed artwork.
The kiss-front zipper lies flush when closed, leaving the full front panel unobstructed for printing. DTF transfers bond to the cotton-majority fleece face across the entire colour range, including the 50/50 heathers. Screen printing with plastisol produces clean results on 80/20 solids at standard cure. Heather colourways at 50/50 require a poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure to control migration. DTG prints with standard pretreat on the 80% cotton solids. The full back panel is the cleanest large-format canvas; the left chest opposite the zip is the natural secondary placement. Jersey-lined hood with matching drawstring, #5 nickel cadmium full-length zipper, split muff pocket, and ribbed cuffs and waistband with 5% spandex. Tear Away label for clean rebranding.
