The Tultex 0265TC is a 5.2 oz 65/35 polyester-cotton youth tee with side-seam construction and a tear-away label. The poly-rich blend provides moisture management and color retention through repeated institutional washing, which makes the 0265TC a durable blank for youth sports programs, school spirit wear, and camp tees where the garment needs to hold its shape and color through a full season. Sizes run XS through XL in a youth fit. The heather colorways provide a marled texture that adds visual depth to the blank before decoration.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method on the 0265TC. The poly-rich surface bonds well with DTF adhesives for full-color artwork. Screen printing with plastisol works on the flat front panel; use a poly-blocking underbase on all colors to prevent dye migration from the 65% polyester content, and cure at the minimum effective temperature. Heat transfer vinyl applies for names and numbers. Sublimation is possible on white and light heather colorways where the high polyester content accepts full-color dye transfer. DTG is not recommended on the poly-majority blend.
