The Tultex 0245TC is a 4.5 oz 100% ring-spun USA cotton fine jersey raglan tee with contrasting color 3/4 raglan sleeves. The raglan sleeve construction provides a longer silhouette than set-in sleeves and avoids shoulder seam interference on full-front print placements. The contrasting sleeve color adds a two-tone retail look without requiring any decoration, which positions the 0245TC for retail merch, boutique programs, and event tees where visual interest matters out of the box.

DTF transfers are the primary decoration method across the full color card. The 30 singles ring-spun cotton produces a smooth, tight-knit face that holds halftone detail and fine-line screen work cleanly. Screen printing with plastisol gives sharp holdout on the ring-spun face. DTG pretreats and prints at standard settings on the 100% cotton body. Discharge works on dark colorways for soft vintage hand. The reactive-dye process bonds color into the fiber for longer-lasting garment color with less fading through laundering.
