The Tie-Dye 1350 is a 5.3 oz 100% cotton unisex acid wash tee where each garment is individually treated with an acid wash process that pulls color unevenly from the cotton, creating a mottled, bleach-spotted texture that vintage merch lines, band tee shops, and boutique brands use as a built-in design element. Unlike standard garment-dyed blanks that produce a uniform soft wash, the acid wash creates high-contrast light spots against the base dye for a distressed look that reads as intentionally worn-in from the first wear.
Screen printing with plastisol over the acid wash is the primary decoration method. Plastisol sits on top of the washed surface, and the mottled texture shows through lighter ink areas for a layered vintage effect. Water-based ink absorbs into the cotton and blends with the acid wash pattern for a softer, more integrated finish.
