DTF transfers are the primary decoration method because the transfer film bonds cleanly to the CVC face and blocks dye migration from the 40% polyester content. Screen printing with plastisol gives sharp holdout on the 26 singles face, but the polyester content carries migration risk on deeper colorways. Use a poly-blocking underbase on saturated colors.
