The Team 365 TT80W Leader is a women's soft shell jacket built from 96% polyester and 4% spandex bonded to a brushed tricot lining with an inner waterproof membrane. At 9 oz and 300 gsm, the three-layer construction blocks wind, sheds light rain (3,000 mm waterproof rating), and breathes (1,000 g breathability rating) without the bulk or noise of a hardshell. For corporate outerwear programs, team jackets, and event staff uniforms, the soft shell format is the most commonly decorated jacket category because the smooth outer face prints and embroiders cleanly.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method. The bonded tricot backing gives the needle a stable substrate at the density of a 9 oz fabric, so stitch programs run without puckering.
