The Team 365 TT11WL is a 3.5 oz women's long-sleeve performance tee built from 100% polyester interlock with cationic dyes. It is the long-sleeve counterpart to the TT11W short-sleeve, sharing the same fabric construction but with full-length sleeves suited for outdoor athletic programs, sun protection, and layering under team warmups. Cationic dyes produce brighter, more saturated colour on polyester than conventional reactive dyes, so the broad colour card holds well even after repeated industrial washing. UPF 40+ blocking and mechanical moisture-wicking are built into the interlock knit structure, not added as a topical finish.
The 100% polyester body makes sublimation the primary decoration method on white and light grounds. Full-colour all-over prints with zero hand feel are the strongest application. DTF transfers bond to the interlock face across the entire colour card, blocking dye migration, making DTF the safest multi-colour route on dark and saturated grounds. Screen printing with plastisol on any coloured polyester ground carries significant dye migration risk. Low-bleed ink formulations and the lowest effective cure temperature are required across the board. Dark grounds (Black, Sport Dark Navy, Sport Red, Sport Graphite) migrate the most aggressively. Vinyl applies at polyester-safe temperature. Embroidery is limited to small left-chest logos with cut-away stabiliser on the lightweight 3.5 oz body. DTG is not practical on 100% polyester.
