The Team 365 TT11H is a 3.8 oz men's performance tee in 100% polyester heather interlock with moisture-wicking and UV protection. Every colorway is a heathered shade that adds visual texture beyond flat-dyed solid poly tees, giving corporate team builds, coaching staff, and branded athletic programs a more refined look while maintaining full performance wicking. The smooth interlock face takes heat-applied decoration cleanly. Sizes XS through 4XL.

DTF transfers are the primary full-color decoration method. The 100% polyester face bonds well with DTF adhesives, and the heather texture adds a premium backdrop behind transferred artwork. Sublimation is viable on the lightest heather colorway (Athletic Heather) but dark heathers block sublimation ink. Screen printing requires poly-block ink on every colorway because 100% polyester carries aggressive dye-migration risk. Embroidery works on the left chest at moderate density.
