The Russell Athletic 64STTM is a 4.8 oz 60/40 cotton/polyester CVC performance tee with Dri-Power moisture-wicking, UPF 30+ sun protection, and anti-odor technology built into the yarn. The 30 singles CVC jersey produces a soft heathered hand on the solid colourways while the 60% cotton content keeps the fabric comfortable against skin. Made with sustainably sourced USA-grown cotton.
For decorators, the 60/40 CVC blend sits in the middle ground between a pure cotton blank and a full-poly performance tee. DTF transfers bond consistently across the full colour card and are the most practical method for mixed-colour orders. Screen printing works with a poly-block underbase on coloured and dark grounds to prevent the 40% polyester from migrating through the ink film at cure. DTG produces a soft faded vintage look typical of CVC fabrics, with white underbase on dark grounds. Discharge ink is not viable on 40% polyester. The Eagle "R" logo flag tag sits at the left bottom hem.
