The Rabbit Skins RS3302 is a 4.5 oz 100% combed ringspun cotton fine jersey toddler long sleeve tee. The combed ringspun cotton produces a smoother, tighter-knit face than open-end yarns, which matters for DTF transfers and screen prints where surface texture affects ink laydown and transfer adhesion. The fine jersey knit holds halftone detail and small text cleanly at toddler-scale print sizes where every line counts.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method across the full color card because the transfer film bonds cleanly to the ringspun cotton face and blocks dye migration on CVC colorways. Screen printing with plastisol gives sharp holdout on the smooth jersey surface. DTG pretreats and prints at standard settings on the 100% cotton body. CVC colors (60/40 cotton/poly) carry migration risk with plastisol on darker grounds, so use a poly-blocking underbase or default to DTF. The Heather colorway at 93/7 cotton/poly has minimal migration concern. CPSIA compliant tracking label in side seam meets federal requirements for children's apparel.
