Description
The Rabbit Skins 4437 is an infant football-style bodysuit with vintage heather body and contrast-color sleeves. The 4.5 oz jersey construction uses a cotton/polyester blend in heathered colorways that give the bodysuit a vintage, worn-in look before decoration. Three-snap closure at the bottom and lap shoulders for easy dressing. CPSIA compliant tracking label ships sewn into the seam for children's market resale.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method on the heather jersey body. The poly content in the vintage heather blends bonds well with DTF adhesives for full-color artwork. Stretch HTV works for individual name personalization on the cotton/poly surface. Screen printing with plastisol works on the front panel, though the heather texture shows through solid fills. Embroidery is not recommended on the lightweight 4.5 oz jersey body.
