Every color in the Harborside line is a melange knit, meaning the heathered texture is part of the yarn construction rather than a dye treatment. That poly-majority composition runs uniform across all 15 colorways, so there is no blend variation to account for when setting up a multi-color order.
The 65/35 poly/cotton blend is lighter and more moisture-friendly than a 100% cotton toddler tee, which appeals to daycare and outdoor event programs where toddlers run warm. The trade-off is that the polyester majority limits decoration options: discharge and water-based inks will not produce clean results, and DTG prints land with a softer, more muted look than on cotton-first bodies. DTF transfers are the default practical route for this fabric. DTF transfers are the primary method for the 3391RA. The poly-majority melange fabric bonds consistently with heat-applied film at standard time and temperature, and the melange texture gives printed designs a textured, vintage-look backdrop. Screen printers need a poly-block underbase on all colors with moderate cure to prevent dye migration. DTG is possible but limited: the 35% cotton content holds pretreatment, but colours appear softer and less vivid than on cotton-first bodies. Embroidery is limited to moderate-stitch left-chest designs on this lightweight toddler body.
