The Q-Tees QTB is a 6 oz 100% cotton sheeting tote measuring 15 inches wide by 16 inches tall with a 9.5-inch handle drop. The flat cotton sheeting provides a clean, smooth print surface that holds screen-printed ink with sharp edges and consistent coverage across large imprint areas up to 10 by 12 inches.
Cotton sheeting at 6 oz is the standard weight for promotional and event totes. It is heavy enough to carry books, groceries, and trade show materials without sagging, and light enough to fold flat for storage and shipping. The 20.5-inch self-fabric handles are reinforced at the attachment points to distribute load across the top seam.
Screen printing is the primary decoration method for volume tote runs. The flat cotton face accepts plastisol and water-based inks with equal consistency. Heat transfer vinyl and DTF film also bond cleanly to the cotton sheeting at standard press settings. For embroidery, use a cut-away stabilizer behind the imprint area to prevent the sheeting from puckering under stitch density.
