The 60/40 cotton-poly blend gives the pique face a natural texture that holds stitch definition cleanly, which is why embroidery is the primary decoration route for this style. The flat knit collar and cuffs maintain structure through repeated laundering, which matters for uniform programs where garments wash frequently. A 4-button placket with dyed-to-match buttons and side vents round out a women's cut that fits XS through 6XL. The 40% polyester content adds wrinkle resistance and helps the garment hold its shape across multiple wash cycles, an important durability factor when ordering for large staff programs.
