The Port Authority K110 is a 4.6 oz 100% polyester double-knit pique polo with Dry Zone moisture-wicking, UPF 30 UV protection, and snag-resistant construction. The micro-mesh pique knit breathes better than a standard pique weave while maintaining the professional appearance expected in corporate, hospitality, and uniform programs. The snag-resistant finish means the garment survives daily wear in active work environments without developing pulls that make embroidered logos look shabby.
For decorators running uniform polo programs, the 100% polyester body requires awareness of dye migration at heat. Embroidery is the primary decoration method for polos and sits cleanly on the micro-mesh pique, with left-chest placement being standard. DTF transfers bond well but require controlled temperature to avoid migration on coloured grounds. Screen printing works on the flat front panel with a poly-block underbase and lower cure. DTG is not recommended on 100% polyester. Sublimation works on White only. The tag-free label keeps the back neck clean for heat-applied branding.
