The Port Authority K100 is a 4.4 oz 60/40 cotton/polyester pique polo designed for corporate uniform, hospitality, and team programs. The 60% cotton content keeps the hand comfortable while the 40% polyester adds durability, wrinkle resistance, and colour retention across repeated laundering. The pique knit texture provides the professional appearance expected in business-facing roles.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for polos and sits cleanly on the pique surface. The pique texture provides excellent stitch definition for corporate logos. Left-chest placement is standard, with right-chest and sleeve embroidery common for uniform identity programs. DTF transfers bond to the blended pique and block migration from the 40% polyester. Screen printing works on the flat front panel with a poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure on coloured grounds. DTG is possible but the 40% polyester mutes vibrancy and the pique texture breaks fine halftone detail. Discharge is not viable on the blended construction. Flat knit collar and cuffs, 3-button placket with dyed-to-match buttons, and side vents complete the build. Sizes run XS-6XL.
