The Next Level NLM100 is an 88/12 polyester-spandex eco performance face cover sold in 48-packs, built for organizations, schools, and businesses that need branded reusable face covers in bulk. The performance fabric provides moisture-wicking stretch for comfortable all-day wear, and the polyester-majority content accepts DTF transfers and sublimation on white and light colors for branded artwork.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method on the NLM100. The smooth polyester-spandex surface bonds with DTF adhesives for full-color logos and branding. Use a polyester-safe press temperature to avoid damaging the spandex. Sublimation works on white and light-colored covers where the 88% polyester accepts full-color dye transfer. Heat transfer vinyl in stretch grade flexes with the spandex content. Embroidery and screen printing are not practical on the small, stretchy face cover surface.
