The Next Level N3200 is a 4.3 oz cotton V-neck tee constructed from 100% combed ring-spun cotton fine jersey at 32 singles. Heather Grey is 90/10 cotton/polyester. The 32 singles yarn count produces a smoother, softer surface than 20 singles open-end cotton, with less pill and better print detail. The 1x1 baby rib V-neck gives a clean neckline for retail merchandise and fashion programs where a crewneck is not the right silhouette.
The 100% cotton construction on standard colourways accepts all cotton-friendly decoration methods. DTF transfers bond to the fine jersey face for consistent results. Screen printing with plastisol produces sharp detail on the smooth 32 singles surface. DTG prints vibrant with standard pretreat. Water-based and discharge inks work on cotton grounds for soft-hand results. Heather Grey at 90/10 has negligible poly content and behaves like cotton for most methods. Side seamed, straight bottom hem, satin label, and tear-away label complete the construction. Shrinkage 3-5%.
