The Next Level 6733 is a women's triblend racerback tank made from 4.2 oz 50/25/25 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon. The triblend construction combines the moisture-wicking property of polyester, the breathability of cotton, and the drape of rayon into a soft, heathered fabric with a vintage hand. The fabric is laundered before cutting, which pre-shrinks the garment and gives it the broken-in feel from first wear.
For decoration, the 25% cotton content means DTG prints will have a faded, vintage look rather than the bright saturated output you get on 100% cotton. That faded aesthetic is often desirable for boutique, event, and fitness programs. DTF transfers are the most practical full-color method because they bond consistently across the triblend. Screen printing works with a poly-block underbase on dark and bright grounds because the 50% polyester can migrate. The flatlock-finished raw-edge hems give the tank a retail look without the cost of a finished hem.
