The Next Level 6731 is a 4.3 oz women's triblend long-sleeve scoop neck tee built from 50/25/25 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon jersey at 32 singles. The tri-blend construction delivers the heathered vintage hand and soft drape associated with the Next Level triblend line, in a long-sleeve form. The scoop neckline and fitted women's cut match the short-sleeve 6730, making the two a natural matched set for programs that need both sleeve lengths in the same colorway. Fabric laundered for reduced shrinkage. XS-2XL.

The 50% polyester content sets the decoration approach for the 6731. DTF transfers are the most practical route across all colorways, bonding to the blended face without migration risk. Screen printing with plastisol requires a poly-blocking underbase and low cure across the full color range. DTG is possible on the triblend surface but the 50% poly mutes vibrancy versus cotton tees, producing a soft faded vintage output rather than a saturated print. Discharge is not viable on this blend. On the long-sleeve body, the sleeve itself opens an additional decoration zone: sleeve strips, arm wraps, or wrist-adjacent placement work naturally with DTF and vinyl.
