The Next Level 6730 is a 4.3 oz women's triblend scoop neck tee constructed from 50/25/25 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon jersey at 32 singles. The tri-blend jersey produces the heathered vintage appearance and soft, drapey hand that retail merchandise and fashion programs value over standard cotton or 50/50 tees. The scoop neckline and fitted women's cut give it a silhouette distinct from unisex crewneck triblendslike the Bella+Canvas 3413C.
The 50% polyester in the tri-blend creates dye migration risk that determines the decoration strategy. DTF transfers are the most practical method because the film bonds to the blended face and blocks migration. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and low cure on all colourways. DTG is possible but the 50% polyester mutes vibrancy compared to cotton-majority tees. Discharge is not viable. The tri-blend fabric is heat-sensitive, so press temperature and time must be controlled during heat-applied decoration. Front coverstitched 1x1 baby rib-knit set-in collar, satin label, and side seams complete the construction. Shrinkage 3-5%.
