The Next Level 5030 is a 3.5 oz women's festival scoop neck tee constructed from 65/35 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton at 40 singles. This is the sleeved companion to the Next Level 5033 Festival Tank, sharing the same ultra-soft 40 singles yarn and 65/35 blend but adding short sleeves and a scoop neckline. The exaggerated drop-tail hem and raw-edge details give it the fashion-forward silhouette that retail merchandise, music festival, and event apparel programs require.
The 65% polyester majority drives the decoration strategy. DTF transfers are the most practical method because the film bonds to the blended face and blocks migration. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and low cure on all colourways. DTG is possible but the 65% polyester significantly mutes vibrancy. Discharge is not viable. The 1x1 baby rib collar, hemmed sleeves, and tear-away label complete the construction. Shrinkage rate 3-5%.
