The CVC blend produces an inherent heathered surface on every colorway, giving finished prints a soft vintage hand that parents and end-wearers associate with retail quality rather than a basic program blank.
Every color in the 3712 line runs the same 60/40 blend. There is no blend trap to manage across colorways, which simplifies ink settings for multi-color youth spirit orders. The 40% polyester content means discharge and water-based inks will not strip cleanly. Route dark-ground artwork through DTF or plastisol with a low-bleed poly-block underbase and moderate cure to prevent dye migration. DTG pretreat holds on the 60% cotton face but produces a softer, faded vintage tone rather than a bright opaque print.
