The Next Level 3533 is a 4.3 oz women's spandex jersey tank constructed from 57/38/5 combed ring-spun cotton/polyester/spandex at 40 singles. The 5% spandex content adds stretch recovery that standard cotton or cotton/poly tanks lack, keeping the silhouette fitted through the day without bagging. The 40 singles yarn count produces a soft smooth hand. Fabric is laundered for reduced shrinkage.
The tri-component blend (cotton/poly/spandex) creates a unique decoration profile. DTF transfers are the most practical method because the film bonds to the blended face and blocks migration from the 38% polyester. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure on all colourways. The spandex content means heat and pressure must be controlled to avoid permanent stretching of the fabric during transfer application. DTG produces a slightly muted vintage look from the polyester fibres. Discharge will not strip polyester dye. The lightweight 4.3 oz body requires moderate stitch counts for embroidery. Self-fabric binding at neck and armholes, side-seamed construction, and tear-away label complete the build.
