The Next Level 3310 is a 4.3 oz 100% combed ring-spun cotton youth tee at 32 singles with a fabric-laundered finish, the youth counterpart to the Next Level 3600 adult Cotton Crew. The 3310 shares the same combed ring-spun yarn quality and 32-singles gauge as the adult 3600 but scaled to youth proportions (XS through XL). The 32-singles yarn produces a smooth, tight-knit surface that seats DTF film and plastisol with sharper edge definition than coarser-gauge youth blanks. The fabric-laundered process pre-shrinks the garment and gives it a softer, broken-in hand out of the box.
The decoration strategy on the 3310 follows cotton-substrate rules. For DTF transfers, the 32-singles ring-spun surface seats transfer film cleanly with strong adhesion at standard press settings.
