The Liberty Bags LB3000 is an 80 GSM non-woven polypropylene reusable shopping bag with reinforced handles, a wide gusset, and a flat bottom that stands upright when loaded. Non-woven polypropylene is the standard substrate for promotional tote programs, trade show giveaways, retail branded bags, and eco-friendly shopping bag campaigns because it takes large-format screen printing cleanly and costs a fraction of canvas or cotton alternatives. The flat panels provide a wide print surface on both the front and back.
Screen printing is the primary decoration method. The non-woven polypropylene face is smooth and flat, holding plastisol and water-based ink with clean edges across a large print area. One-color and two-color prints are the standard for promotional bag runs. DTF transfers bond at lower press temperatures than cotton; the polypropylene melts at high heat, so reduce press temp and use a Teflon sheet to protect the surface. Heat transfer vinyl works for names and small text at low temp settings. Embroidery is not recommended on non-woven polypropylene because the thin fabric cannot support stitch tension without tearing.
