Description
The Liberty Bags 9009 is a full-length non-woven polypropylene garment bag with a zippered closure, hanger opening at the top, and reinforced seams. Bridal shops, tuxedo rental programs, dance studios, and corporate uniform distribution programs use garment bags as branded packaging that keeps garments clean during transport and doubles as a walking advertisement when customers carry them. The flat non-woven panels provide a large print surface for one-color or two-color screen printed logos.
Screen printing is the primary decoration method. The non-woven polypropylene face is smooth and flat, holding plastisol ink with clean edges. One-color prints at center-front placement are the standard for branded garment bag programs. DTF transfers bond at reduced press temperature; non-woven polypropylene melts at high heat, so lower the press temp below standard DTF settings and use a Teflon sheet. Heat transfer vinyl also works at low temp. Embroidery is not recommended because the non-woven fabric cannot support stitch tension without tearing.
