The LAT 3591LA is a 4.5 oz women's Harborside melange V-neck constructed from 65/35 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton jersey. The melange yarn blends fibres at the strand level to produce the heathered coastal colouration this style is known for. The V-neck collar is topstitched and ribbed. Cotton twill back neck tape, flatlock-stitched side seams, double-needle sleeves, and an EasyTear label complete the construction. Available S-2XL in 14 melange colourways.
The 65% polyester majority determines the decoration approach. DTF transfers are the most practical route across the full melange range: the film bonds reliably to the poly/cotton surface, blocks dye migration from the polyester face, and does not require a separate underbase step. Screen printing with plastisol works with a strong poly-block underbase and a controlled cure temperature to prevent ghosting on deeper melange shades. DTG is limited on this substrate because 65% polyester mutes pretreat uptake and reduces vibrancy on anything but the lightest shades. Sublimation is not suitable: the 35% cotton content prevents a clean dye bond across the fabric face. Embroidery is feasible on the left chest with a moderate stitch count and cut-away stabiliser to support the lightweight jersey. Vinyl applies at polyester-safe temperatures.
